Vibhu Kaushik is the Head of Worldwide Energy at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he leads global energy strategy, power generation solutions, and renewable energy portfolio operations to support Amazon’s Net Zero Carbon commitment by 2040.

A seasoned energy executive with over 20 years of experience, Vibhu has held leadership roles across utilities, infrastructure, and sustainability—previously serving as SVP, Global Head of Energy, Utilities, and Storage at Prologis and spending more than a decade at Southern California Edison (SCE), where he led award-winning clean energy and grid modernization initiatives.

Vibhu holds bachelors and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from IIT Delhi and the University of Manitoba, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson. He is passionate about the intersection of data, energy, and infrastructure—and how they shape the future of sustainability at scale.
