Randy Kinsey is a Project Director at BSP, the leading digital infrastructure M&A technical advisor and due diligence specialist.

Mr. Kinsey has over 25 years of telecommunications experience, most recently as the Vice President of Advanced Engineering at Point Broadband.  He worked at Charter Communications from 2012 to 2020, rising to Group Vice President of Network Engineering & Architecture. Among Mr. Kinsey responsibilities were leading the design, construction, and operation of the company’s 100,000 sq ft engineering facility including a dedicated 25,000 sq ft data center built, maintained, and operated as a production environment. In 1999, Mr. Kinsey started his telecom journey at Cox Communications and was the Executive Director of Networking Engineering & Architecture from 2007 to 2012.

Mr. Kinsey served in the United States Air Force for 14 years.

He received a B.S. in Internet Software Systems from Bellevue University.
