Omar Aoun is a Senior Executive Vice President at Power Electronics, responsible for the growth and execution of the business in North America, in support of Power Electronics’ mission to accelerate the digitalization and decarbonization of our planet through the development and deployment of cutting edge, sustainable and economical solar and storage technologies.

 

Omar has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, spent with General Electric, SunEdison, Samsung and Energy Vault, spanning various segments of power generation including conventional, renewable, and energy storage and diverse business types, having led busineses and teams at OEMs, and IPP and turnkey solution provider.

 

Omar holds an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
