Navid Ariaban is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting's Construction, Projects & Assets practice, where he leads digital infrastructure advisory for the Americas. His focus is singular: helping companies deliver data center capacity faster and at greater scale. A structural engineer by training with more than 20 years across engineering, construction, and capital projects, Navid advises hyperscalers, data center developers, private equity firms, and lenders on the operating models, supply chains, and delivery frameworks that turn announced megawatts into energized megawatts.

His recent work includes leading a capital delivery transformation for a global hyperscale provider scaling beyond 1 GW, building a future-state supply chain and procurement strategy for a hyperscale expansion program, and driving multi-gigawatt delivery excellence for a global data center developer. He has also led technical due diligence on AI-scale campuses for institutional investors and lenders. Having built mission-critical facilities at Bechtel, advised Fortune 500 capital programs at EY, and served as Director of Build & Launch for a venture-backed technology manufacturing startup, where he delivered capital-intensive facilities on compressed timelines, Navid brings a practitioner's view of where fast-track programs break down and how to keep them moving.
