Lawrence Vo is a real estate and digital infrastructure executive with 15+ years spanning credit, acquisitions, and corporate development across data centers and broader commercial real estate. He is currently vice president of mergers & acquisitions at Csquare, overseeing opportunities to expand its portfolio of 80+ data centers through inorganic growth. He has led underwriting and portfolio transactions exceeding $10B, negotiated term sheets for billion‑dollar data center financings, and built dashboards and models that have improved B‑piece underwriting, special servicing workouts, and capital budgeting. At Equinix, he helped form a $10B+ hyperscale JV, supported a $1B+ platform acquisition, and created market frameworks that prioritized growth across 52 metros. He has held advisory roles at KKR Real Estate Credit, CleanArc Data Centers, and GLP Capital Partners. Lawrence holds degrees from SMU, DePaul, and an MBA from Indiana University-Bloomington.
