John Chesser, Chief Executive Officer of Quantica Infrastructure, has built his career leading major energy and infrastructure projects that combine reliable power with innovative technology solutions. Most recently, he served as CFO of Talen Energy and Cumulus Growth, where he oversaw the buildout of a 475MW data center campus (later acquired by AWS) and a 150MW bitcoin mining facility. He previously held senior finance roles at TerraForm Power, a 3GW renewables platform acquired by Brookfield, and at General Motors during its financial restructuring and IPO. John holds degrees in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
