Hannah Jacobus
As Vice President of Real Estate and Site Development at EdgeConneX, Hannah leads a team responsible for identifying, evaluating, and advancing data center development opportunities across the Americas. Their work spans market and site selection, stakeholder engagement, complex transaction negotiations, and preparing sites for development.
Hannah brings more than a 15 years of experience across data centers, real estate, and infrastructure. She spent 10 years at CBRE, including eight focused on data center advisory and transactions, before moving to the client side to lead real estate strategy at EdgeConneX. She later helped launch and scale Voltera, an EV charging infrastructure company backed by EdgeConneX and EQT, before returning to EdgeConneX to continue driving digital infrastructure growth.
Throughout her career, she's executed more than $3 billion in real estate transactions and led site selection, portfolio strategy, and development initiatives for Fortune 200 companies and mission-critical infrastructure.
