Garrett Brams is Global Head of AI Infrastructure and Strategy, where he focuses on the rapidly evolving intersection of artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, real estate, and capital investment. He brings extensive experience advising companies on complex real estate and infrastructure strategies, having previously held leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield supporting corporate occupiers across sophisticated, multi-market transactions. Garrett is a graduate of the University of Maryland and a former NCAA Division I wrestler, and remains actively involved in youth sports and community organizations.
