With more than 23 years of experience in developing, executing, and operating mission-critical power projects, he brings deep expertise in project development, contract negotiation, operations management, commissioning, and startup. Based in Jacksonville FL, Dorman leads commercial strategy and execution for large-scale energy deployments, including recent projects providing over 400MW of behind the meter solutions, consisting of mobile gas turbines to major U.S. hyperscaler and AI market. His leadership also supports strategic partnerships, such as APR’s collaboration under Fortress Investment Group to manage an 850 MW mobile gas turbine fleet. Known for his hands-on approach and results-driven mindset, Dorman ensures APR’s rapid-response energy solutions meet the evolving needs of industries, cities, and nations worldwide.
