Cassondra Bernard is a results-driven energy executive with more than 30 years of experience across energy marketing, trading, and commercial operations. Her expertise spans business development, origination, scheduling, contract administration, and commodity trading across natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, and condensate markets.

Throughout her career, Cassondra has demonstrated a strong track record of strategic decision making, operational optimization, and driving growth in competitive and volatile market environments. She is recognized for mentoring high-performing teams, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and managing high-value transactions that enhance profitability, efficiency, and market positioning.

Cassondra currently serves as Director of Gas Supply at WTG Energy, where she leads natural gas procurement, supply portfolio management, and long-term supply strategy to ensure reliable and cost-effective energy delivery. Her deep industry knowledge and leadership enable her to successfully navigate the complexities of the energy sector while delivering consistent and measurable results.

Cassondra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management from Oklahoma State University–Tulsa and an Associate of Arts in Administrative Assistance from Oklahoma Junior College–Tulsa
