Arquelle Shaw is President of the Americas at Equinix, the world's leading digital infrastructure company. In this role, she leads the company’s largest region, driving strategy and growth across the full breadth of Equinix’s Americas business. She oversees acquisitions, business integration, regulatory and public affairs and ensures that global strategy is adapted to local market dynamics. She also serves as board member of the Matrix JV, bringing board-level oversight to Equinix’s xScale data center business.  

Her path to the presidency was shaped by a track record of transformational leadership within Equinix. As Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas, she reshaped the regional sales organization, architecting strategic programs that measurably accelerated growth and expanded market share. Her approach was defined by an ability to operate at scale without losing precision; she built systems and team structures that unlocked compounding value across a complex, multi-market portfolio.  

Prior to Equinix, Arquelle held senior level leadership positions at AT&T, American Express, and Accenture, where she developed the operational rigor, client relationship discipline, and cross-industry perspective that define her executive approach today.
