Aman Mittal is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the digital infrastructure sector with a deeper focus on data center companies. Aman has extensive investment banking experience advising data centers, tower, and fiber clients on a broad range of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, joint ventures, equity and debt capital raises, and other capital structure situations. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Aman held various investment banking roles at Evercore, and he was previously a strategic consultant at Bain & Company. Aman holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Communications from Delhi University, and an M.B.A. in Banking and Corporate Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
