Allison Boen is the President and Co-Founder of Alcatex, bringing over three decades of leadership in Data Center design and construction. Throughout her 30+ year career, she has been at the forefront of the industry’s evolution—from legacy infrastructure to today’s cutting-edge transformations driven by AI and liquid cooling technologies.

A recognized voice in sustainable innovation, Allison is a passionate advocate for liquid and Immersion Cooling. She currently serves as a Brand Ambassador for Shell Corporation, representing both their Single-Phase Immersion Cooling Fluid and the newly launched DLC PG25 Fluid. Her advocacy focuses on reducing energy consumption and water usage across the Data Center industry.

Since 2018, Allison has been an active member of the Open Compute Project (OCP), where she contributes to the Immersion Cooling Community as a Steering Group Committee member. She now leads the Immersion Community’s Outreach initiatives, amplifying awareness and adoption of next-generation cooling strategies.
