Alex Hernandez is Founder and CEO of PowerBridge, a data center platform focused on digital-energy infrastructure development in Pennsylvania and Texas, backed by Five Point Infrastructure with up to $1 billion of capital. He previously founded and led Cumulus Data, the first hyperscale data center platform directly connected to carbon-free nuclear power, which was acquired by Amazon Web Services in March 2024. Concurrently, he served as CEO of Talen Energy, leading a successful turnaround and sale. Earlier roles include CFO of TerraForm Power and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. He serves on the boards of ERCOT and Target Hospitality.
